Following are the requirements to rent out the production motorhome:

 

1. Production Company must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing Shama Lama Moho, LLC as “Additional Insured” for the shoot day(s).

2. Production Moho, “Jimmie”, VIN is 3FCNF53S8XJA31309.

3. Please call for current rates.

4. Motorhome rental is portal-to-portal.

5. Generator use is billed at $10 per hour.

6. “In-town” jobs, the first 50 miles are included. Additional mileage is billed at $1.25 per mile.

7. Wi-Fi is available for $50 per day.

8. Driver will have access to the motorhome at all times.

9. Out-of-town clients payment is due at completion of job. Local clients, Net 30. Payment by check or credit card (via PayPal, 3% fee added).

10. My SS# and W-9 are available upon request.

11. Motorhome is non-smoking, alcohol is not permitted and illegal activities will not be tolerated.

12. By sending Certificate of Insurance, you have read and agree to the terms of the contract.
